SCORA SmartWaiver (for submitting online,
requires SCORA ID number)
SCORA Registration Website & Instructions
1. If you are a new paddler click on Register. If you are a returning paddler, click on My Account and enter your Username and Password.
2. If you are new or returning, the site will prompt you to accept the SCORA Current Year Terms and Conditions. This is a small box mid-way down the page. Verify your information and click Accept.
Temporary / Visitor
If you are visiting or are new to the club, you must complete:
This must be filled out as soon as possible. You may paddle with the club up to 3 times before needing to submit the Newport Outrigger Membership Application and registering with SCORA.
Adult Training Programs | Compete & Non-Compete
All paddlers in our Long and Short Course Training Programs must complete the following:
1. Register with SCORA (Only if new. If already registered in prior years, reuse your SCORA number).
2. SCORA Liability Waiver (SmartWaiver).
3. Newport Outrigger Membership Application.
Annual Dues:
Newport Outrigger is pleased to offer its members different options to submit payment for the items below.
Check = Payable to Newport Outrigger Canoe Club; provide your check(s) either to Hazelle Weissinger or Joy Romero.
Venmo (@Newport-Outrigger) = If you use the Venmo app, you will need notify Hazelle Weissinger or Joy Romero and include on the Venmo note section, your name and what you are purchasing.
Online Store = We will be adding the 3% service fee to the base price.
2024 Membership Dues
$300.00 = Membership dues if paid via Check or Venmo.
$309.00 = Membership dues if paid via our online square application or credit card (includes the 3% service fee).
Membership dues do not include race or transportation fees. Non-local races where travel is required is to be paid by the paddler.
